Cheating by charging annual and renewal fees

My credit card number "4476 9299 7246 7689" A. Mohana sundaram. I'm really frustrated with their service.. all the Bank offering life time free card but for this HSBC classic Visa card you are collecting annual fee and additional card charges.. this is really not fine. Im the prompt payer still i had no pending dues and all.. promptly using the card and make the payment on time and im following their interest rate and all

Am using your card from june.. if I contact their customer service executive over through phone.. they simply saying If you dont wish to continue then you can close the credit card account.. Do you accept this?
