REQUISITION FOR REMOVE MY NAME IN CIBIL BLOCKING LIST

Hellow sir,

My name is prakash DOB:23/07/1980.i was used HSBC credit card 3 months back... Also i have some outstanding in the card.now i have paid all the amounts. Now my outstanding is zero. But still my name is showing in cibil... If i go for personal loans... my loans get rejected... Kindly do the needful.
