Clearance letter not issued even after 7 months

I was holding a credit card of HSBC No. 4384593706244698, which was surrendered due to poor service & financial charges despite the fact payments were made in time. Full & final payment was made on dated 30 May’10 wide letter no. FFS/CPD/NWOFF/NDH/MC/SERCO/260535, letter was given to me with an assurance that it is full & final sattlement. I was also assured by the concerned person that I will receive letter of clearance within 90 days but it has been more than 7 months, I have neither received my clearance letter & I am receiving statements with additional interest, I have requested HSBC franchises to issue clearance letter but they are trying to extort more money..
