CIBIL Clearance of Credit Card Settlement

I hereby request the concerned of HSBC bank to clear the status from Written Off to Settled for the Credit Card Number 4384599994931599 and 4476929988365273 The card was settled as per the settlement, but in the recent report from the cibil shows the status as written off, due to which I am unable to procure credit cards / loans from other financial institutions.
