Credit card charge

Hi,

I had an HSBC credit card 5 years ago and had never used the card. Today on 31/10, I have received a demand note asking for 14k!!! I never received any statement of transaction in any of the years and today after 5 years they I realise that I have been charged for a transaction that did not even take place. Please help.
