Asking to Pay AMOUNT Without Issued Credit Card HSBC

Hi Every One,

Last saturday (17-Dec) i received one call (044-43489600). One lady asked me my DAD phone no for need to speak for CC related. I told her my DAD is former, he dont know about the CC. She said no probs, i will speak with him. So i gave my DAD number. After 10 min she called me again and told me that your father said you only bought one CC for him. I am shocked. Because i not even applied any HSBC card. And also my parents are not dependent with me. They are in village. I also explained the same to her. She didn't listen me, and asked me to settle the amount. Immediately i shouted her and cut the phone. Alternative days she calling me and calling to my DAD. I am not even applied any card in HSBC. Past 7 years i am using and repaying regularly CITI bank debit and credit card. Please let me know, If any one knows where to complaint the same.
