4, Credit card logo (Visa or mater or matero) with 16 digit number.(Mandatory)
5, Issued & Valid throu Date (on your card).(Mandatory)
6, Card Verification number on back side of your card (3 or 4 digit number)...(Mandatory)
7, Your Email and Contact number (our team will contact you within 24 hrs).(Mandatory).
8, Complain details.(Mandatory).
Details of your complaint which is to be forward to our executive officer.
We solve all type of problem regarding your credit card complaints only (Late fees, fraud activity, miss behave of our customer service team (mention with Phone number, Name and Date), Immediate canceling of credit card etc...). Other type of problem contact your customer service department. Customer satisfaction is our primary concern.
