Late Payment Charge

Respected Sir,

My name is Robbins Kuriakose. I'm holding an HSBC credit card. I had made a late payment for the last month credit statement and the delay was only for 2-3 days.

The payment has been done fully and the payment was for Rs.1058.Now the bank is charging me RS.614 as late payment and I have not used the card anymore from last month's billing period to this months bill period. So it means the Bank is charging me more than 60% as my late payment charge.

I would like to register a complaint against the bank on this regards. I would like to take up your advice on to whom I should register the complaint and how feasible would be this.

Kindly request you sir to help me out and give me your valuable advice.
