Credit Card Fraud

I am a resident of Mumbai. I had a HSBC credit card which was stolen and used in Hyderabad. I have requested for charge slips showing the signatures but the same have not been provided. I have evidence to show that I was not in Hyderabad at the time where and when the credit card was used. Unfortunately I came to know if my loss of credit card only after the unauthorised use. Therefore, I could report the loss of card only after the same was used. However, the merchant banking establishment should have checked the signatures before accepting the credit card payment. HSBC has also unauthorisedly debited my savings bank account with the amount.
