WRT Credit card number 4563 4200 0877 3435 :

Credit card cancellation not noted despite having informed their customer services helpline. A new card was sent and with an annual fee which is not applicable if card is cancelled. Kindly facilitate cancellation and and a official notification of the same.

Most companies offer card without annual fee. The same reason was conveyed to the CCE for my cancellation. However no action has been taken in this regard.

Kindly do the needfull.
