False Credit card charges

I have been holding HSBC Credit Card for last almost 5 years. I had never paid annual fee tilldate since I am a powervantage plus customer. All of a sudden the bank had charged me an amount of Rs 2206 as Annual payment fee on 17th March. On top of it, it has charged another Rs 400 as late payment charge surprisingly on 9th April before even I get the proper solution/justification to the problem.
