Complaint about Canara Bank, Tilakwadi Branch, Belgaum

Most respectfully, We are sccount holder of canara bank Tilakwadi, Belgaum -590006 and having CC a/c no-0558 261005660 in the name of Hydromech Industries. We wish to inform you that after transfer of Chief Manager Mr. Prasad, there is nobody to answer our requirements. whenever we confirms for RTGS transfer, cheque clearance, etc., etc., . In that branch either senior manager is posted or chief manager. And Mr. Prasad also never co-operated with us whenever we wanted to discuss about new project's finance etc.,

After transfer of Mr. Jartarkar (senior manager) the branch was totally filled with irresponsible persons. In this case we request you to kindly look in to this matter and post suitable manager to serve us better. At present Canara Bank Tilakwadi branch has no senior manager of chief manager, only it is running on clerk staff.

. i had issued a cheque having ch. no.-249913 of rs. 2500/- on 04-08-10 same cheque was gone for clearing on 12-8-10 and said cheque was dishonored for reason insufficient balance but there was sufficient balance in my a/c. i had to suffer the financial loss which was claimed by the party with the bank charges.the main problem for dishonored the ch. was not insuficient balance infact the main reason was that cheque book which was issued to me by the bank not feeded in the bank system. the bank should have firstly feeded the ch. book and then issue to the customers.

All mistake done by the bank but bank manager is not accepting at all and saying that i will not do anything regarding this problem and said that you can do anything with misbehaviour.

I have complaint in canara bank site in complaint form but no action taken by the managment

So i requested you that take a reasonable action i will be highly oblised to you
