I have been harassed by HSBC for the post one year. Every now and then, they will call to pay for the money that I never spend. I had send them multiple letters starting that these purchases were not done by me but to my surprise they kept on sending me bills with added interest and late fees charges. Initial amount of 17, 000 INR (which I am disputing until today) has multiplied to 60, 000.what worse is that the bank has started to call my parents and harass them for the money. Please advice what needs to be done.

I told them that I will lodge a complaint with consumer count to which they mentioned that I will have to pay the money under any circumstance.
