Permanant Registration Problem

I have taken the delivery of Santro Xing Car on Jan 17th on Temporary registration on the name of

B.Tulasi Gayathri. Where the financer is M.Tulasi Gayathri. It is my and her Sir Name is changed from Madeti to Bheemerasetty. The sales executive has taken all the documents on the name of BheemaraSetti Tulasi Gayathri and the finance executive on the name of Madeti Tulais Gayathri and now it has become a problem for Permanent Registrattion.

Please do the needfull to complete my permanent registration ASAP
