On visit to SBI branch for checking up the feasibility of installation of new swapping machine in canteen and for other finance related discussions, the behaviour of branch manager was very bad. He did not entertain us at all for the discussions and queries. In fact, he shown unwillingness in entertaining about the queries. On asking about the swapping machine only reply we got, "i have never heard such kind of machine". If there is any technical term used in their language for such machines, the public do not know about it. On routine visits also, behaviour of the other staff observed not cordial. Hence as a result nobody wants to visit the bank for any type of transaction or do not want to keep the account itself. Another factor is, because of this more people are diverted towards other banks.
