Sub: Complain of fraud online transaction through SBI Credit Card

Dear Sir,

With reference to above subject, I would like to inform you that I was received one phone call received against phone No: 911109580049 from Delhi on 10/10 and calling person name is Ravindra and he told me calling from SBI Card department again he told some travel discount voucher, Reebok watch and 20% cash back privilege card free of cost gift send to me, total gift voucher is Rs. 25000/- approx, at first I asked him, you will tell me how will pay for this gift voucher then he told me nothing to pay for this gift voucher totally free of cost. Also I told to him if this gift voucher is chargeable then I could not take this gift voucher, he said me it is totally free of cost. Then the phone was transferred to another person whose name is Binoy Singh, he connected this call to IVR link it was automatically connected with my mobile, when I understood, then already online transaction has been processed through SBI Credit Card. After sometime then one lady whose name is Bharti called me from this phone No 911133455500 on 10/10 for address verification despatch to gift voucher and she told me already I have received of Rs 5509/- from your SBI Credit Card for this gift voucher then I understand this is fraud and cheat, then I requested her to cancel this consignment immediately and refund to me sum of Rs. 5509/-, she told it’s not possible. Again call to me Binoy Singh from this phone no 911109580049 on 10/10 and he said our package is very much attractive please agree with us to accept this lucrative offer, I told to him I could not take your offer please refund my money of Rs 5509/- which you have deducted through SBI Credit Card, again he told me it’s not possible because this transaction has been processed online. Again Binoy Singh called me from this phone no 911109580049 on 11/10 at 10.00 am and talked with me as above. He informed me that I have any problem then I can contact him in this phone No. 01145738585, after this incident I called him so many times but this phone no was not properly responding. I searched through internet and tried to understand the company’s profile by putting this phone no. 01145738585. I found the company name is the EBL Club leisure or Ivr India Bizline Solutions Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra. I also found the same cheating case happened with so many person who put their comments on this internet, for your some reference i have taken print out of their comments from internet and attached. Again one lady named Kamna called me from 911409580045 on 12/10 at 9.44 am. I request her again to cancel the offer and refund my money. Again She said it’s not possible. Then I told, I am going to complain in the cyber cell crime of Kolkata Police against you and your company. When I called back the all above phone numbers I got to know all the phone number are in operative. So that I could not received the proper massage from it.

Personally I called and requested the SBI Credit Card department not to confirm the above transaction, but they did not give any assurance to me.

Therefore I would request you to look into the matter sincerely and take the necessary action. I hope after proper verification you will refund my money of Rs. 5509/-.
