PPF Interest Deposited @4%

I am having a PPF account with SBI no.30735823947 and I had deposited on monthly basis a total amount of Rs 65000.00 till March. All the deposited were made through internet banking and before 5 th of every month. But the interest deposited is just Rs.2667.00 which is 4% of the total amount. Please guide me who can I rectify the same as bank is reluctant to respond on the same.
