Registration number and password not received

Sir/Madam,

This is Ballari Banerjee from kolkata and i have registered for CWE on 30th July. I have paid through online payment and account statement shows that the amount has been debitted to my account but no registartion no and password still received. What will we do as the last date is approaching fast. Is there any legal way to cal IBPS answer this inadequate service.
