Didnt received registration id and password and fees was deducted

Hello,

Myself Karuna (date of Birth 08-04-1985), was online applying for Common Written Examination for Recruitment of Clerk in 19 Public Sector Banks.

While applying, I had faced the problem, after entering the bank details for payment, I found page became blank with message page can not be uploaded. But when I checked my SIB account that time i had found that rupees 51.10 have been deducted from my account (Transaction ID CDC271489).

I guess as per FAQ mentioned in your site if form is not successful then this amount should be Credited to my account but it is not so.

Please help me to get my Registration Number and Password or kindly help me to get the refund of the said amount.
