US tax return not filed

I wanted to file my US returns through ibsn, login id is viral30382@gmail.com. I paid their fees fully but these guys did not file my return for 2010.

They said it will be efile return and on the last week before due date said i need to send them documents, which i did. I send them signed documents to chennai office, but after that there is no response.

My file status still shows pending, all the phone lines are closed and no one is answering, even on thier website there is no response.

I am now stuck and will have to pay a penalty as i did not file my returns.

I want a compensation from these cheats.
