ICICI -ATM
ATM- machine released wrong amount

I have entered in ATM Rs.20000/- two withdraw the same, but the atm only release Rs.1-. i have given written complaint to the bankers. the banker replied "as per our records it has been fully paid " . i am unable to get my amount.

further one of the bank employees says, the atm machine not having capacity to release Rs.20000/- in single time then how it has been debited Rs.20000/- in single time i couldn't understand. i have follow up the bankers for last two month but i am unable to get any correct reply from the banker side.
