ICICI B2 Account
No E-Wallet Generated

I have got my B2 account activated on 18-Nov, which is only an online account. Its best feature is that its a zero balance account and provides a E-Wallet, which is a prepaid card, you are provided only with card details such as 16 digit no., cvv no., etc. and no physical card is provided. Its used for online shopping and transaction. The problem is that, till now I did not get my E-Wallet generated, when I call them, they say its only a technical glitch, which will be solved soon. But the E-Wallet is suppossed to be generated within 7-days of account activation. I have placed many requests on their site but got no response. I have heard that many people are getting this problem.

Please help me.
