ICICI - bank account
I need information, not a complain

Dear sir,

i opened savings account in ICICI bank on 2003 and i have not operated in, and i deposited an amount of Rs.25, 000/- .But today they are saying that every year you have pay charges for the deposit and they deduct, now i am having only Rs.200 in my account. Is it possible to recover my amount back or is there any form i have to sumbit to get back my amount.
