Syed Hazi through eBAY has cheated me by taking 14, 500Rs

Hi Sir/Mam,

This is Shalini. I wanted to buy a iPhone from eBAY which costed Rs.14, 500. So i traferred the money Rs.14, 500 to owner SYED HAZI but he did not send any iphone to me. I complained to ICICI BANK but they did not take any action. I complained to Police also but no one gave me justice. Please help me with this issue and help me in getting back my money.
