Illegally account freezed

Hello, i am arun sharma having saving account in icici bank from last seven year, but from last one month bank has freezed my account without any prior information reason for which is being given that i have salary account in the bank but i am not getting my salary from the same employer through which my account was opened which is realy ridiculous because i left that company in year 2003 & my account was updated as normal saving account by bank itself.but now they are harassing me by saying that it is as per rbi guidelines, i would like to ask bank as well as Rbi that whether they were sleeping from last six years.even as they awaked now still they didn, t bother to inform me before freezing my account.can you tell me who's responsible for such harrassment?
