To Whomsoever it may concern.
This is to inform you and express my disappointment and anger towards the way I have been treated.
Issue: Account number ******** got leaned on 24th of Nov for the amount of 55890.77 against the pending EMI for Loan account number LPHYD00010489597.
Salary got credited on Nov 30 of 39, 633.00 and as the account was in a leaned status I could not withdrew any amount.
I made a phone call to register my complaint and was informed to visit your Gachibowli Branch Hyd which I did and spoke to my Loan Account Manager Ms. Suvarana Chatrerjee.
After the discussion with her I was assured that the settlement for this Loan Account would be made for RS25000 INR and with my written approval the amount would be debited and the the account would be unblocked for me to withdraw the remaining funds.
The issues medical and Financial was discussed in detailed with the responsible officers and also a written request along with singed signature proofs where submitted on 3OTH of Nov.
Day 2 Dec 1st: Spoke to the collections officer and was informed that the request was approved and only 25000 would be debited out of my account and the remaining would be left for withdrawel. This was confirmed both by phone banking and also my loan account manager.
Things where smooth until now when I receieved an SMS on my mobile number 9701071702 that the entire amount of 39, 664.23 has been debited out of my account ******** and the remaining balance or the available balance is 0.
Complaint:
I would request and demand an explanation about why and how this has been done and why was I misinformed and cheated on this grounds.
This is my salary account and I am here to resolve the issues and concerns and have always been loyal towards ICICI Bank.
A financial institution like ICICI holds the responsibility towards its customers and are answerable for such issues which might cause severe problems to its customers which can lead to many uncertain events.
I request the institution to contact me back and resolve this issue at the earliest as I am in a medical emergency and also would like the funds to be reversed as promised.
Looking forward for an immediate resolution to this as the issue needs to be escalated to the highest level possible.
