Unnecessary Deductions from my A/C

Dear sir,

I am M praveen Kumar having a salary ac no- 038201517986 from one of the companies in Hyderabad. the nature of My ac has been zero balanced. Even though my salary gets credited in my account on regular monthly basis, still i am charged in the name of QAB charges. This is ridiculous service from the reputed bank. i have decided to take serious action to close down my if no reversal action is taken in this regard.
