Non functional ATMs and Facilities at ATMs

Dear Sir / Madamme,
This is a complaint against ICICI Bank Customer Care and their total lack of commitment to the complaints from customers. I had complained against three perpetually non-functional ATMs in Chanakyapuri and Gopinath Bazar, New Delhi by e mail to ICICI, through my complaint No. :'ICICICARE=036-488-934' level1complaint/ Savings Account, which was replied by Y Ambika, Customer Service Officer, ICICI Bank Limited, and phone call from her to me from Hyderabad (I do not know why from Hyderabad) stating that all issues will be set right.
I had again visited the ATM (ID No: S1CW3152) at Gopinath Bazar, New Delhi at 1921 hrs today (24 Dec). Once again, the two machines were NOT able to give the transaction print out.
I had complained to ICICI about this ATM among the three that are referred in my previous complaint.
NO ACTION SEEMS TO HAVE BEEN TAKEN BY THE BANK ON THIS STATE FOR THE LAST NEARLY SIX MONTHS AS THE STATE IS THE SAME.
The guard at the ATM tells me that he has made this complaint to 'Brink's Arya', the Bank's agents for loading the ATMs, several times, but they just do not put paper rolls in it and also say that the machines need to be repaired.
In case the machines are not repaired in this week (i.e.by 31 Dec) I may be forced to resort to taking legal recourse against your bank through the Consumers' Forum, since the Bank appears to be indifferent to polite complaints and messages.
Kindly raise the level to the appropriate authorities in your Bank in case this is not manageable at lower levels.
May I expect a reply and immediate action.
