Not able to sell

Sir, I have purchased 12qty icici bank partially paid by religare shares after notification i have paid full amount but when i want to sell these shares from religare it will shows error.

several time i have launch complain in religare but now they told that talk to icici registrar but i am trying to call from two months and it is always busy.
