I have an account in ICICI bank opened 10 months before. My account was opened on Zero Balance Maintenance and after 6 months they converted my account to 10, 000 maintenance. They don't notify me about that and they charged me for Rs. 910 Mentioning QAB charges.
Once i call to Customer Care and queried about this they said me that your account Maintenance limit is 5000 and i have to contact my home branch to update it. Sir i live in delhi and it is not possible to go again and again to Ballia for just updation purpose. So please try to solve my prob.
One thing i want to know that as i heard from a friend if i am linking my ICICI bank account to any demat account then that account will be converted automatically in Zero Balance Maintenance. Please tell me how much correct is this.
