Without credit card, getting torture

Respected Sir,

i do not have any credit card.last six month before i got harrasment by icici agency peoples and even though i have explained to them very clearly.and by cheating way they took my native town address and phone numberfrom my brother's credit card reference details.now they are giving torture to my parents at native.actually i do not have eligibility also to get credit card.today also they called from this number 72597-03843

could you please let me know how to file a case aganist icici bank in consumer court
