Egarding unfair deduction from net balance

My balance has been unneccessarily deducted as "QAB chgs" (842.70) on 19/04.I am facing lots of problem regarding my acc balance, whenever cash is debited into my account, 165 rs is deducted from my account balance.please help me out.
