Hi,

I have stopped using ICICI credit no. 5176537167071008. In Nov last transaction made was 968 Rs. but after 2 years that is on 22/07 icici bank has auto debited 5960 Rs. without even informing me. Savings acount is linked with Credit card. They could have auto debited way back in 2008 itself. I have checked with them through phone banking asking the reason why they have not debited till this where they had all the details with them and address is updated in savings account. They have no answer for this and can some suggest what needs to done for this.
