ANW Charges

I am Albin Mathew having a saving account in ICICI bank bank at N R Road Banglaore. My account no. is 625101514447. My friend deposited Rs 3000, but I was deducted Rs 165 as ANW charges.

I was informed when I opened the account that I will not be charged for any transaction below 50, 000 and I can have N number of transactions with in India. So please do take corrective actions against the charges. Please look in to the matter and let me know the solutions as early as possible.
