Loss of money

I have an account in icici bank with a/c no:026901521378 in Banglore.

I tried withdrown Money from SBI ATM in AP Rs 10000/-.In January 17 but i did not get money from ATM But i got slip with successful transaction. Regarding this i given so many complaints to icici bank but i didn't get any response from bank. still 9 months over i didn't get solution for this. Please can tell who will help for this problem.
