After full & final settlement of credit card once again got message for payment due

I, Buddha Prasad Pal would like to inform you that every month I got wrong and multiplying undue charges against my Credit Card No. 4477 4635 1876 4002. I visited several times to ICICI Bank, 2 Shambhu nath branch for clarification but they did not give me satisifactory answer, so I intend to close the card. After discussion with ICICI Kolkata Branch executive and subsequently telephonic conversation with ICICI Bank, Chennai Office, they advised to to clear all the dues (i.e. Rs. 34, 254.73) against above mentioned card. As per their advice I have cleared all the dues against my Credit Carde No. 4477 4635 1876 4002 vide Cheque No. 192440 dtd. 08.07.2010 for an amount of Rs. 34, 254.73 of State Bank of India, Jeevan Deep Branch. Also, they have told me that they will give me Full & Final Settlement Letter after clearance of the cheque. As per my bank statement the above mentioned cheque was cleared on 10.07.2010 but till date I have not received the letter but surprising noticed that once again I am getting message for payment dues, I contacted the bank authority but they did not give me satisfactory reply. Therefore, I am registering my complaints. Please resolve the matter as soon as possible. My contact number is 919831945659
