Axis Bank ATM
ATM did not dispense money

I am an ICICI bank customer, I tried to withdraw money from Axis bank ATM, ATM machine did not dispense the money but the amount was debited from my account. When I called customer care of ICICI bank they said it would take 12 working days initially but now they are saying due to some mistakes from their backend team it takes another 12 days as they have closed my earlier request without even letting me know.

Please do the needful.
