ICICI Bank
Amount not dispenced from ATM counter but deducted in account

Respected Sir,

My salary account is in ICICI bank, Aurangabad. (A/c No. 004401534000)

On 28-nov I tried to withdraw rupees 8000 from state bank of patiala ATM Counter, Garkheda branch (instead of ICICI ATM). @ 10:27 am. but cash was not dispensed from ATM, only slip came out which showing message - unable to process (Transaction No. 762 and response code 072)

After that at 10:34 am on same day, i tried to withdraw Rs. 4000.00 from same ATM counter, cash was dispenced but balance showing only Rs.720.58. Initial my balance is 12720.58 hence i came to know that earlier Rs. 8000.00 also deducted from my account which is not received by me.

I have all the proofs of statement of ICICI bank, ATM receipt, inciedent report to State bank of patiala, service request to ICICI bank (No.125766294)

Please do the needful as early as possible, because I have no money for my daily expences, Also for my loan premium
