Card closed still showing outstanding

I have made final payment and closed card on 03/11..forwarded letter and awaited for NO DUE letter from icici bank... from that period no reply from their end... last 2 months am getting SMS saying 12774.00 outstanding and they put my name in CIBIL..hence am not able to urgent personal loan also... pls advice
