Amount block with permission

I having saving bank account no. 008701523608 with ICICI bank, Janakpuri Branch, New Delhi. The bank has block my account with Rs. 5950/-. On enquiry they told that there is some due bank on credit credit. I have written on 30-11 that I have not purchased any thing. If there is some balance please give me the detail. Bank has taken time for providing me the detail is upto 5th December. When I have not received any reply, I have sent 3 reminder on 5th, 6th & 7th December to bank for providing me the detail of purchase on card. They replied me on 8th December that they will provide me the detail on 18th December. I do not understand why the bank is behaving like this by blocking my account with sum of Rs. 5950/-. I would request you to please look into the matter urgently.
