Fund transfered to SBI account through internet transfer is not deposited and transfer is showing successful

I have made a fund transfer of Rs 1400 from my ICICI bank account 004601536520 to SBI bank account 30831488089 of my yunger brother on 14/12 .Transfer ID is 000132957791but as per my brother amount has not been deposited. Generally transfer takes few hours but this time it is getting delayed and ICICI is showing that transfer is successful. My brother is facing problem as he didn't get the money on time. I tried to contatc ICICI but didnot get proper responce. They should inform such delayed transaction .the amount has allready been deducted from my account and my brother didn't get the money.
