Wrong commitment by bank

Dear madam,

With the ref to trail mail i was your customer having credit cad and saving account, t in Oct 08 i brought laptop for Rs 17k through icici credit card after confirming from bank of emi scheme you can see in my mail from the same day i started following for my emi status after 65 days bank refuse to convert my loan in to emi . i am salaried person unable to pay in lump sum that is why i Had chosen emi scheme offered by Bank Even after i had paid 2000 per month up to mar-09 . then i started requesting for converting in to emi but bank people had not taken any action. mean wile i ad visited you c.p and fbd office also. but no one has given satisfactory reply, in the month of July bank had withdrawn my approx 23k from my saving account when my grand mom was in hospital, i went to bank and made call to customer care for settlement ut they given me wrong Ids and No. of person. After that they are still sending me Bill iamb unable to pay any single payment which is not due . your bank people not even worst than govt dept. even i am getting threatening call from your Bank, requesting you please help me from your bank . i am really feeling pity and helpless being customer if ICICI bank. for 17K have paid already more that30 k still our bank is asking for more 15 k. need your help on this because your bank people as well customer call center fooling me around. i request you please write of my undue amount.
