Mis-selling me their product, Rude Behaviou

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is in reference to a complaint logged with ICICI Bank for Mis-selling me a Gold Privilege Account with Family ID, Rude Behaviour and Losing my time. First they told me that i don't have maintain any balance but they have debited two QAB from my account and now they are now accepting the complain or the contact no they are having of their senior is wrong. I'm looking forward for Justice and fairness from ICICI Bank. These people have made me run about and made me cry. All I'am asking is a fair compensation of refund of last 2 QAB and re-imbursement for Interest charges. Please help in this situation.
Please find a Detailed complaint numbers and the only response i have been receiving from ICICI bank complaint team is that we will resolve your query and they just send me a feedback form for them and no fair resolution. Please help.
