Not providing correct inormation

Hi,

I am a ICICI bank customer. My acount No is 025301538602.

My mobile no is 9867832225.

I have registered Account to Card Transfer. When we register we get a URN No which is send to our mobile no. But till now I have not recieved. I have registered it Thrice but have not received once. I have even send them SMS regarding this but there was no correct response. When I asked the customer care they did not provide me the correct information. They are not willing to provide the needful help. So i am spending my mobile bills taking to customer care and even they are misbehaving it on phone, i mean they are getting angry. So i want you to take this matter and help me.
