CIBIL - My name wrongly in the CIBIL negative list

Hi,

I have had an impeccable repayment record for my Personal Loans and my Credit Cards from ICICI Bank. Still they have included my name in the Negative List of the ICICI track in CIBIL. This is affecting my credit status in the market.

Please guide me as to how to get this rectified. My bank account no. with ICICI Bank is 0357-0151-1994. My email-id is sushir@gmail.com
