Issuing of rejected notes through atm's

Two days before when i had had cash with drawal from an icici bank atm of rs.1, 000/-

i got a thousand rupees note which has a serial number of 7d1 842010 which was actually a not to accept note by the bank .then i went to the bank for assistance none of them responded properly but had a stupid advice to exchange at a wine shoppe.one of them said that it is not the fault of the bank but the contractor who loads the cash in to the atms in the city . but the ultimate sufferer is me who has note of thousand and is no worth more than a waste paper.please help me and take neccesary actioon against the bank please.if u need my presence there i will be there my contavt number is 9640444977.sai thirupathi reddy (abhi).
