Transaction failed but amount deduct

Dear Sir, Madam.

My name is Ankit Jain and i have HDFC Bank Saving Account (02281540121750). As on 1 Jan i did A Two Transaction From ICICI Bank ATM (Sec-2 Branch BJ Block Salt Lake Kolkata) of the amount of 10000 Rs and 4000 Rs but both time my Transaction Failed But after checking my Account i found that Money is Deducted from my Account of 14000 Rs. The Refrance Number of the same is This 000000007932, 000000007931. Please Help me To get the reversel of my amount As soon As possible. I have already Regestered a complaint to HDFC Customer care the complaint Numer is KOL029687 and KOL029688 for both the Case. Please take necessary action against this...
