On 5-1-10 a credit card of ICICI Bank credit card in the name of Uma Maheswari baring consig. no. 8609683235 was taken back without delivering as the executive did not have spare time for verifying the ID proof of the relative to whom the card had to be delivered at residential address 324 C Regal, Shipra Suncity, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. None of the telephone nos. of Delhi regional office is available for enquiry. Too bad service.
