Ank not follow RBI rule

Dear sir/mam,

i am icici bank customer, i have seen lot of time he not follow RBI rule. when we request for car loan tracking report, bank statement he charged. but as per RBI it should be free of cost. also bank not provide passbook, and if i request for stamp on print out of bank statement (from icicbank site) he refused it and ask it is against RBI rule.

Please help me regarding this issue.
