Fraud By stealing Cheques

This is regarding an Air Cell No. 8 8 0 2 8 7 2 3 4 6. The person who is having this connection did a fraud with me by stealing my cheques on the behalf of ICICI Bank I paid cheques for the bank but he withdrawn the Rs. 15000/- from my account by SELF. So, I request you to please provide me the details of the connection holder. Please let me know that what is the procedure to have it and how much time it will take to get it?? I shall be very very thankful to you.
